• Bonus funds are credited separately and are used only after your real-money balance has been depleted, unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account constitutes bonus abuse.
• Win786 Game reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer that has been exploited, including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage betting and use of automated systems.

07Betting & Casino Rules

09Account Suspension & Closure

Common grounds for suspension include but are not limited to: suspected identity fraud, breach of these terms, prohibited conduct, unresolved verification requirements or a player-requested self-exclusion.

• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team.
• Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
• Where an account is closed at the player's own request without any breach, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's nominated payment account after verification.
• Suspended accounts will receive a notification explaining the reason for suspension and the steps required to resolve it, where resolution is possible.

10Privacy & Data
